Eventually, at some point in time you will run across an individual, whether it is a boss or a coworker that resents your dedication to making things better. They start to build roadblocks that will make you question just how fair this system really is. I’m sure we all have gone through this situation at least once in you lifetime.

So how does this relate to the topic of what makes network marketing better than a JOB. Well the network marketing industry by design removes any and all fear from the leaders that someone will take their job. All leaders in the network marketing want those below the in the business to do better than they have done.

You will never see anyone involved in network marketing creating roadblocks to slowdown their teammates progress. The business model relies on the leaders actively coaching and training new recruits to be effective at the business. Overtime the new recruits will become masters of their craft and pass their knowledge and expertise to the next generation.

You may say, well I’m not part of a large organization with office politics. Well you independently of whether it is a large company or a small business, the bottom line is that the workers are there to make money for the owners of the business. You may consider the owner of the the small business as an extension of your family, but let’s be clear if the economy changes you may find yourself looking for another JOB.

So how do you ensure that you will not fall victim to abuse or prejudice in the work place or economic changes that you have not control over? You position yourself while you have a JOB to be able to absorb these changes by having an secondary option. The network marketing industry lends itself to allowing anyone to create a residual income that will be there when you really need it.
